1999 - 2019

Up and until the recession starting 2008/2009, the property at Overlook was sold a few times to investors from out of the State. Some lots sold in the hundreds of thousands, higher than the average in the area because of the views, size, locations and other aspects. 

The owners at the time of the recession and until 2019 lived out of the area, and did not choose to develop or become very involved in the property. They had set up an approved master plan (still in place) for a subdivision.
